Blue Bird Hand-painted Lacquered Brooch 

This blue brooch was hand-painted in Russia and is the traditional Russian Folk Art. The artist painted two birds on a nest surrounded by colorful spring flowers. Several layers of lacquer protect the painting, and on the backside of the brooch is a safety pin that allows this beautiful and fun accessory to securely fasten to anything.
